WINDOWS VERSION

CSurvey 2.0 was modified in May, 2008 and is now available for those using Windows. The program was employed in EPI 418 Rapid Surveys, and is available for free to others interested in two-stage cluster surveys.

Manual for CSurvey 2.0

The manual for CSurvey2.0 is in a PDF format. It is large (1.8 KB) and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and to print the manual. 

CSurvey 2.0 Program

The CSurvey program (5/25/08) is in a zip format.  It is very large (1.2 MB) and requires a broadband connection.  At present, there is no other distribution channel.

DOS VERSION AND UTILITY PROGRAM

This an earlier version of the CSurvey program. It was used for many years in EPI 418 Rapid Surveys, and still works well, even with Windows XP. The program is useful for planning and organizing two-stage cluster surveys.  It is available for free to others. Included also is a utility program which students used to convert EpiInfo data files to Stata data files, useful for more complex analyses.

Installation of CSurvey 1.5 (DOS)

Information (in a PDF file) for Windows XP users (or DOS users) for downloading, extracting and installing the zip file which contains the Csurvey cluster survey program. DOS programs can run in Windows XP.
