Lift Off! 10-Minute Physical Activity Breaks
return to CEHD Homepage

Stay active every day with Physical Activity (PA) breaks at work. Create a healthier lifestyle and reduce chronic disease with these 10-Minute Physical Activity Breaks.

There is growing evidence to support the feasibility and efficacy of integrating brief bouts of structured exercise into daily organizational routine.  We hope that you will identify opportunities in your workplace and other organizations with which you're affiliated to integrate these breaks into daily routines.

If there are more than 20 people interested in participating in a training at your organization,
we would be happy to come to you!
CONTACT US TO SCHEDULE AN ONSITE TRAINING SESSION.
