        A FREE, flexible, 10-week employee wellness program that encourages       fruit and vegetable consumption and regular physical activity among employees while fostering teamwork and boosting morale.

bullet American Cancer Society:  Active for Life

        A FREE, 10-week employee wellness program that encourages physical activity and healthy eating by helping employees set individual goals and form teams for motivation and support.  Throughout the ten weeks, activities and workshops, ranging from group walks to workshops on personal safety and health, help inform and motivate participants.
