UCLA Tumor Registry

The UCLA Tumor Registry has been in existence for as long as the UCLA Medical Center, since 1955. Information on all cancer patients seen, treated or diagnosed at the UCLA Medical center are collected by the registry. The UCLA Tumor Registry obtains data for more new cancer patients than any other hospital registry in Southern California. There are over 70,000 patients on file and more than 25,000 of these patients are under active follow-up. The UCLA Tumor Registry is supported by UCLA Joanne Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Dr. Zuo-Feng Zhang has been serving as the Scientific Director of the UCLA Tumor Registry since 1998.
