is a Professor at the UCLA School of Public Health and focuses on enabling real-time, global and transparent surveillance of infectious diseases.

Albert Carnesale PhD is UCLA Chancellor Emeritus and holds professorial appointments in UCLA’s School of Public Affairs and Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Dickson Diamond MD is a Chief Psychiatrist with the Los Angeles County Public Health.

Greg Dworkin MD is a founding editor of Flu Wiki and its sister site, the Flu Wiki Forum.

David Fidler JD is the James L. Calamaras Professor of Law at the Indiana University School of Law.

Penny Hitchcock DVM MS is the Chief Scientist for the BioWatch Program Office, which is managed by the Tauri Group in Alexandria, VA.
