In the 1872 revision of Wyld's map of the country around London, the location of the Chelsea Water Works Company and the Lambeth Water Company are both shown in close proximity, near Thames Ditton. Seething Wells appears to be misspelled as "Sieten Wells" or "Seiten Wells." |
