The eleventh cholera case of the 1848 outbreak occurred at 3, Harp Alley (in red). The small street, located a short distance north of Fleet Street, is likely synonymous with "Harp Court" as written by Dr. Snow. Just south of Fleet Street is St. Bride's Church (in purple) near where the St. Bride's pump that Dr. Hutchinson had closed was located.  The "Fleet Ditch sewer" Dr. Snow referred to runs underneath Farringdon Street and accesses the River Thames at the base of Blackfriars Bridge.
