Tanzania: cholera outbreak kills 19
A health official in Tanzania has said nineteen people have died in an outbreak of cholera in Mtwara, a region in the south east of the country.
Medical officers with drugs have been sent to the area where many other people are infected with the disease. The outbreak is centerd on Mtwara village, where twelve people have died, and in the Msafi District where another seven have died.
The number of people who've died in the last month is more than in whole of last year when thirteen people died of cholera.
