The UNC School of Public Health Case John Snow Case Study was written in 1998 by Karl Umble and produced and developed by Dave Potenziani, Constance Humphries, Ansje Burdick, Kimberly McClain, Ben Davis, Lew Binkowski, Nicole Walker, and Traci Wike. All were employed at the University of North Carolina School of Public Health's Instructional and Information Systems unit.
