This map presents the location of deaths due to cholera during the Broad Street pump outbreak in the Soho region of London in 1854. It was included as Map 1 in Snow's book. The original map was produced in 1854 by C.F. Cheffins, Lith, Southhampton Buildings, London at a scale of 30 inches to a mile. Only those residing in the blue shaded region were included in Dr. Snow's analyses. The 1854 map is presented in 9 panels, sized 50-90 K. |
