Fee:  

Health and safety professionals employed by state or local government may be eligible for $124 stipend for Confined Space for Managers. Your cost—$25

If registering on-line and eligible for stipend, under Payment Method, check “Subsidy eligible.”

All others Earlybird -- $99 (no later than 1/24/09 for Los Angeles class, 2/12/09 for Irvine class and 3/21/09 for Santa Barbara class)

Standard registration fee -- $149
Fee includes course manual, continental breakfast, parking.

Payment Terms: A $15 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations made seven (7) or fewer business days prior to the program. UCLA reserves the right to postpone an offering 7 days prior to course date should minimum enrollment requirements not be met. If a program is canceled, you will be notified and your registration will be refunded in full.

This 8-hour workshop provides an overview of the Permit-Required Confined Spaces Standard ( Title 8, California Code of Regulations 5157 )
