Overview:

Ergonomics training takes many forms, from teaching computer users correct postures to training engineers anthropometry principles of design. While each training effort has different objectives, it’s important to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of those objectives. It’s also desirable to know what kinds of ergonomics training have the best payoff in terms of measurable benefits. In this session we will explore these issues and look at the kinds of training that have proven effectiveness as well as training that is a waste of resources. Focus and content, as well as a brief discussion of methods and style will be included in the session. Participants will leave the session, enabled to lead their organizations to ergonomics training with powerful impact. Intermediate to Advanced.
