Ron Hays is a Professor
of Medicine and Health Services. He specializes in research
and teaching courses in health-related quality of life, patient
satisfaction with care, and health-related behavior. Dr. Hays
received his Ph.D. from UC Riverside. He is a Principal Investigator
of the Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Study (CAHPS) and
several studies of health-related quality of life.
