Iraj Tabibzadeh
is Adjunct Professor of Health Services, School of Public Health,UCLA.
He gives lectures in International Health Systems course on
“Health Problems in Big Cities in Developing Countries”
Dr.Tabibzadeh received the MD from Tehran University, DTM&H
from London and MPH from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
He has served
as Epidemiologist, Regional Director of Public Health and Director
General of Ministry of Health, Iran and Chief Medical Officer,
Health Services, 1973-1996 in WHO Headquarters Geneva, Switzerland.
He has served as consultant to many developing countries on
health services and health development issues. He is member
of WHO Expert Advisory Panel on Public Health Administration.
