There are currently three traineeships available
to Health Services students.

The UCLA
Child and Family Health Program provides interdisciplinary training
in maternal and child health practice, research and policy analysis
for health professionals enrolled in the Master of Public
Health (MPH) program in the UCLA School of Public Health.

This program offers training for doctoral and post-doctoral
students in the design of family-centered health services, formulation
and analysis of policy options, advocacy for children and families,
and research and evaluation of health systems serving mothers,
children, families and communities.

The UCLA/RAND
Health Services Research Training Program is supported by a
grant from the Agency for Health Care Research Quality. The
program is designed to provide training and experience to a
select group of doctoral and post-doctoral fellows in the field
of health services research. Fellows, in turn, are expected
to pursue a career in the field of health services research.
