BUSINESS CARD ORDERS FOR UCLA SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH STUDENTS - PHSA MEMBER BENEFIT
These business cards, imprinted with the official seal of the UCLA School of Public
Health, are great to have for jobs, interviews, networking, internships and conferences.
The cards are made available to you as a special service from your PHSA.
- Blue and gold print on white cardstock.
- Each set contains 100 cards.
Deadline to Order: October 2010.
Strict deadline applies, so that we can be sure all orders are submitted for printing and swift delivery!
How to Order
The Order Form for 2010-2011 cards may not be used until the next ordering cycle (a Word document).
Complete the form, print it and and return to the PHSA office in CHS building, Room A1-260 by the deadline: October 2010.
Please submit your order along with a check
or money order for your total order.
Make check or money order payable to "Public Health Student Association."
Sorry: No cash or credit cards may be accepted.
