Teri Webb, PhD, is an Assistant Researcher at the Southern California Injury Prevention Research Center. She is currently conducting evaluation research on Beyond Blame: Challenging Violence in the Media, a media literacy/violence prevention curriculum for middle school. A report on the pilot phase of this study has been accepted for publication by Health Promotion Practice and two reports on the summative phase have recently been submitted to peer reviewed journals. She is currently engaged in revising the curriculum and retesting. |
